Sec. 782.011. COORDINATION BY STATE AND FEDERAL AGENCIES. State and federal agencies shall coordinate existing programs and design state and federal programs through contact and communications with the members of a commission. Added by Acts 1991, 72nd Leg., ch. 38, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1991.
