Tex. Government Code § 783.002

Sec. 783.002. POLICY. It is the policy of the state to promote the efficient use of public funds in local government and in programs requiring cooperation among local, state, and federal agencies. Added by Acts 1991, 72nd Leg., ch. 38, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1991.
