Sec. 79.001. DEFINITIONS. In this chapter: (1) "Compact" means the Interstate Pest Control Compact. (2) "Executive head" as used in the compact, with reference to this state, means the governor. Added by Acts 2005, 79th Leg., Ch. 188 (H.B. 774), Sec. 1, eff. September 1, 2005.
