Sec. 7979.055. STRATEGIC PARTNERSHIP AGREEMENT. The district may negotiate and enter into a written strategic partnership agreement with: (1) a municipality under Section 43.0751, Local Government Code; and (2) a municipality that provides water and wastewater services to the district.
