Sec. 8.005. EXEMPTION FROM TAXATION. A regional education service center and its employees are subject to or exempt from taxation in the same manner as a school district and school district employees. Added by Acts 1997, 75th Leg., ch. 268, Sec. 1, eff. May 26, 1997.
