Sec. 8.006. IMMUNITY FROM LIABILITY. An employee or volunteer of a regional education service center is immune from liability to the same extent as an employee or volunteer of a school district. Added by Acts 1997, 75th Leg., ch. 268, Sec. 1, eff. May 26, 1997.
