Sec. 8.024. ELECTION OFFICERS. The mayor shall appoint two election judges and two election clerks to conduct the election under this subchapter. The mayor shall designate one of the election judges to be the presiding judge. Acts 1987, 70th Leg., ch. 149, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1987.
