Sec. 801.101. DEPARTMENT INQUIRY. The department may inquire into the competence, fitness, or reputation of: (1) an officer or director of an insurer; or (2) a person having control of an insurer. Added by Acts 2001, 77th Leg., ch. 1419, Sec. 1, eff. June 1, 2003.
