Sec. 801.304. FEE EXEMPTION. A veterinarian is exempt from the fee requirements imposed under Section 801.303 if the veterinarian: (1) is on active duty with the Armed Forces of the United States and does not engage in private or civilian practice; or (2) is permanently and totally retired.
