Penalty To Be Paid Or Hearing Requested

Sec. 801.454. PENALTY TO BE PAID OR HEARING REQUESTED. (a) Not later than the 20th day after the date a person receives a notice of alleged violation, the person may in writing: (1) accept the board's determination and recommended administrative penalty; or (2) request a hearing on the occurrence of the violation, the amount of the penalty, or both. (b) If the person accepts the board's determination and recommended penalty, the board by order shall approve the determination and require the person to pay the recommended penalty.
