Sanctions and Administrative Penalties

Sec. 801.604. SANCTIONS AND ADMINISTRATIVE PENALTIES. The owner or owners of a business entity that provides services at a veterinary medical facility, or a management services organization that provides services to a veterinary medical facility, shall be subject to administrative penalties, license sanctions, or both, if: (1) the facility does not hold a current registration; (2) the facility violates a standard adopted pursuant to Section 801.603; (3) facility personnel deny access to the board or its agents to conduct an inspection or investigation; or (4) the facility fails to comply with a board order.
