Sec. 8010.052. QUALIFICATIONS. Except for temporary directors appointed under Sections 8010.053(a)(1)-(3), to be qualified to serve as a director a person must meet the requirements of Section 54.102, Water Code. Added by Acts 2017, 85th Leg., R.S., Ch. 640 (H.B. 4334), Sec. 1, eff. June 12, 2017.
