Sec. 8010.106. APPLICATION OF OTHER LAW. Chapters 232 and 233, Local Government Code, apply to the district. For the purposes of those chapters, the district may take action in the same manner as a county. Added by Acts 2017, 85th Leg., R.S., Ch. 640 (H.B. 4334), Sec. 1, eff. June 12, 2017.
