Sec. 8013.052. QUALIFICATIONS. Except as provided by Section 8013.051(d), to qualify to serve on the board, a person must: (1) reside in the district; or (2) own real property in the district. Added by Acts 2017, 85th Leg., R.S., Ch. 644 (H.B. 4345), Sec. 1.01, eff. June 12, 2017.
