Sec. 8013.151. DIVISION OF DISTRICT; PREREQUISITES. The district may be divided into two or more new districts only if the district: (1) has no outstanding bonded debt; and (2) is not imposing ad valorem taxes. Added by Acts 2017, 85th Leg., R.S., Ch. 644 (H.B. 4345), Sec. 1.01, eff. June 12, 2017.
