Sec. 81.198. AUTHORIZATION FOR ADMISSION. The head of a health care facility may admit and detain a person under the procedures prescribed by this subchapter. Acts 1989, 71st Leg., ch. 678, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1989.
