Sec. 8101.001. DEFINITIONS. In this chapter: (1) "Authority" means the Athens Municipal Water Authority. (2) "Board" means the authority's board of directors. Acts 2003, 78th Leg., ch. 1277, Sec. 1, eff. April 1, 2005.
