Sec. 8104.255. GRANTS AND ASSISTANCE. The authority may: (1) apply for, accept, and administer a grant, loan, or other assistance from the United States, this state, or another state to carry out the purpose of this chapter; and (2) enter into an agreement as provided by the authority in connection with the grant, loan, or other assistance.
