Average Monthly Compensation

Sec. 814.2055. AVERAGE MONTHLY COMPENSATION. For purposes of Sections 814.206 and 814.207, "average monthly compensation" means: (1) a member's average monthly compensation for service in the employee class for the 36 highest months of compensation; or (2) a member's average monthly compensation for service in the employee class if a member retires with less than 36 months of service.
