Testing Accommodations For Applicants With Disabilities

Sec. 82.0272. TESTING ACCOMMODATIONS FOR APPLICANTS WITH DISABILITIES. An applicant who has a physical, mental, or developmental disability may request that the Board of Law Examiners provide testing accommodations on the bar examination. An applicant whose request is denied may appeal the decision to a committee appointed by, and composed of three or more members of, the board. Added by Acts 2003, 78th Leg., ch. 212, Sec. 10, eff.
