Sec. 82.204. OTHER LAND; TITLE APPROVAL. The department may purchase other land in Culberson and Hudspeth counties as necessary for the operation of the game management unit. The department may pay for the land out of the game, fish, and water safety account on approval of the title by the attorney general. Acts 1975, 64th Leg., p. 1405, ch. 545, Sec. 1, eff.
