Sec. 82.402. CREATION. The department may establish one or more game sanctuaries in the water of Caddo Lake for the protection of wild ducks, geese, and all other migratory birds. The sanctuaries shall protect the birds from being pursued, hunted, taken, or disturbed. Acts 1975, 64th Leg., p. 1405, ch. 545, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1975.
