Sec. 82.721. CREATION. All of the land area and public water in state-owned riverbeds in McMullen County, including the Nueces and Frio rivers, is a game sanctuary. Added by Acts 1977, 65th Leg., p. 2072, ch. 823, Sec. 2, eff. Aug. 29, 1977.
