Sec. 82.731. CREATION. All of the land area and water in the Aransas and Poesta rivers in Bee County, to the extent same are owned by the state, are declared to be a game sanctuary. Added by Acts 1981, 67th Leg., p. 2080, ch. 471, Sec. 1, eff. Aug. 31, 1981.
