Sec. 823.007. INJUNCTION. A court of competent jurisdiction may, on the petition of any person, prohibit by injunction the substantial violation of this chapter. Acts 1989, 71st Leg., ch. 678, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1989.
