Effect of Other Laws

Sec. 825.037. EFFECT OF OTHER LAWS. This subchapter does not authorize: (1) the killing of an animal if the killing is prohibited by federal or state law or rule; or (2) the payment of a bounty for killing an animal if the killing is prohibited by federal or state law or rule.
