Sec. 826.047. LIMITATION ON LIABILITY. A veterinarian performing duties under this chapter is not liable to the owner of an animal for the death of or injury to the animal except in a case of wilful misconduct or gross negligence. Added by Acts 1995, 74th Leg., ch. 44, Sec. 11, eff. May 5, 1995.
