Sec. 830.0011. DEFINITION. Notwithstanding Section 821.001, in this chapter "retirement system" means the Teacher Retirement System of Texas or the Employees Retirement System of Texas, as the context requires. Added by Acts 1995, 74th Leg., ch. 586, Sec. 33, eff. Aug. 28. 1995.
