Sec. 841.053. COMPANY NAME. (a) The name of a domestic insurance company must contain the words "Insurance Company." (b) A domestic insurance company's name may not be so similar to the name of another domestic insurance company as to likely mislead the public. Added by Acts 2001, 77th Leg., ch. 1419, Sec. 1, eff.
