Sec. 841.352. ISSUANCE OF RECEIPT FOR DEPOSIT. When a domestic insurance company deposits securities under this subchapter, the comptroller shall issue to the company a receipt that: (1) describes the deposit in a manner that identifies the securities; and (2) states that the securities are held on deposit as capital stock investments of the company.
