Sec. 842.206. MINIMUM SURPLUS REQUIREMENT. Each group hospital service corporation shall maintain a surplus of at least $100,000 to meet adverse contingencies. Added by Acts 2001, 77th Leg., ch. 1419, Sec. 1, eff. June 1, 2003.
