Sec. 842.259. USE OF INDEMNITY PLAN AUTHORIZED. A group hospital service corporation may provide benefits for medical care, surgical care, or both medical and surgical care on the basis of indemnity payments for incurred expenses. Added by Acts 2001, 77th Leg., ch. 1419, Sec. 1, eff. June 1, 2003.
