Sec. 843.208. CANCELLATION OR NONRENEWAL OF COVERAGE. A health maintenance organization may cancel or refuse to renew the coverage of an enrollee only for: (1) failure to pay the charges for the coverage; or (2) another reason prescribed by rules adopted by the commissioner.
