Sec. 845.052. ORGANIZATION REQUIREMENTS. The system must: (1) be a corporation organized under the Texas Non-Profit Corporation Act (Article 1396-1.01 et seq., Vernon's Texas Civil Statutes); and (2) consist of a combination of two or more hospital providers, each of which: (A) is a member of the corporation; and (B) is located in a rural area.
