Additional Optional Deposits By Subdivisions

Sec. 845.408. ADDITIONAL OPTIONAL DEPOSITS BY SUBDIVISIONS. In addition to the deposits that a subdivision is required to make under this subtitle, the governing body of a participating subdivision may elect to deposit to the subdivision's account in the subdivision accumulation fund one or more lump-sum payments.
