Sec. 846.005. RULES; ORDERS. (a) The commissioner may, on notice and opportunity for all interested persons to be heard, adopt rules and issue orders reasonably necessary to augment and implement this chapter. (b) The commissioner shall adopt rules necessary to meet the minimum requirements of federal law and regulations. Added by Acts 2001, 77th Leg., ch. 1419, Sec. 1, eff. June 1, 2003.
