Sec. 846.152. FILING OF ORGANIZATIONAL DOCUMENTS. A multiple employer welfare arrangement shall file with the commissioner its organizational documents and all appurtenant amendments before those documents take effect. Added by Acts 2001, 77th Leg., ch. 1419, Sec. 1, eff. June 1, 2003.
