Sec. 846.209. WRITTEN STATEMENT OF DENIAL, CANCELLATION, OR REFUSAL TO RENEW. Denial by a multiple employer welfare arrangement of an application for coverage from an employer or cancellation of or refusal to renew must: (1) be in writing; and (2) state the reason or reasons for the denial, cancellation, or refusal to renew.
