Sec. 846.301. MARKETING REQUIREMENTS. On request, each employer purchasing a health benefit plan shall be given a summary of the plans for which the employer is eligible. Added by Acts 2001, 77th Leg., ch. 1419, Sec. 1, eff. June 1, 2003.
