Memorandum of Understanding

Sec. 847.009. MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING. The commissioner and the commission must enter into a memorandum of understanding to specify the responsibilities of the department and the commission under this chapter. Added by Acts 2005, 79th Leg., Ch. 789 (S.B. 155), Sec. 1, eff. June 17, 2005.
