Sec. 85.052. COMPLIANCE WITH RULE OR ORDER. From and after the promulgation of a rule or order of the commission, it is the duty of each person affected by the rule or order to comply with it. Acts 1977, 65th Leg., p. 2518, ch. 871, art. I, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1977.
