Sec. 85.086. REPORTS. A testing program shall report test results for HIV infection in the manner provided by Chapter 81 (Communicable Disease Prevention and Control Act). Added by Acts 1991, 72nd Leg., ch. 14, Sec. 36, eff. Sept. 1, 1991.
