Sec. 85.112. WORKPLACE GUIDELINES. (a) Each state agency shall adopt and implement workplace guidelines concerning persons with AIDS and HIV infection. (b) The workplace guidelines shall incorporate at a minimum the model workplace guidelines developed by the department. Added by Acts 1991, 72nd Leg., ch. 14, Sec. 36, eff. Sept. 1, 1991.
