Suits On Bonds

Sec. 85.251. SUITS ON BONDS. A suit on a bond must be instituted within six months from the date of the final determination of the validity in whole or in part of the rule or order. Acts 1977, 65th Leg., p. 2525, ch. 871, art. I, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1977.
