Sec. 85.252. PROHIBITIONS RELATING TO HOME COLLECTION KIT. A person may not market, distribute, or sell a home collection kit for HIV infection testing in this state unless the kit complies with Chapter 431. Added by Acts 1995, 74th Leg., ch. 33, Sec. 1, eff. April 28, 1995.
