Sec. 85.256. ORAL REPORTING. A service provider shall report test results from a home collection kit for HIV infection testing orally to the individual tested. Notwithstanding Section 81.109, the test results may be provided by telephone. Added by Acts 1995, 74th Leg., ch. 33, Sec. 1, eff. April 28, 1995.
