Adoption and Enforcement of Rules

Sec. 8511.0401. ADOPTION AND ENFORCEMENT OF RULES. (a) The authority may adopt and enforce rules reasonably required to effectuate this chapter. (b) In adopting rules, the board shall comply, as appropriate, with the requirements of Chapters 2001 and 2002, Government Code. (c) The board shall print its rules and provide copies to any person on written request. Added by Acts 2021, 87th Leg., R.S., Ch. 914 (H.B. 3530), Sec. 1.03, eff. April 1, 2023.
