Sec. 8513.0604. MAXIMUM TAX RATE. The maximum rate of the tax that may be imposed under this subchapter for any year is two cents on each $100 of assessed valuation of taxable property. Added by Acts 2025, 89th Leg., R.S., Ch. 240 (H.B. 2692), Sec. 1, eff. May 29, 2025.
