Establishment of A Cemetery

Sec. 86.24. ESTABLISHMENT OF A CEMETERY. (a) The board may dedicate land owned by The Texas A&M University System within the Bush Presidential Library site to be used as a cemetery. (b) Subchapter C, Chapter 711, Health and Safety Code, does not apply to a cemetery established under this section. (c) Appropriations from the general revenue fund may not be used to establish or operate a cemetery under this section. Added by Acts 1995, 74th Leg., ch. 120, Sec. 1, eff. May 17, 1995.
