Sec. 861.051. FORMATION OF COMPANY AUTHORIZED. Three or more persons, a majority of whom are residents of this state, may form a general casualty company in accordance with this chapter to write insurance described by Subchapter E. Added by Acts 2001, 77th Leg., ch. 1419, Sec. 1, eff. June 1, 2003.
